I've dealt with a lot of changes in my twenty-something years on this earth. With every change, I have been regarded as highly adaptable, resilient, and brave. Never have I experienced something negative, and I guess, this in itself is a change I need to get used to. Work is worlds different from life experiences; I need to carry over my ability to adapt, resiliency, and braveness when it comes to dealing with people with higher authority, and asking the right questions at the right time. Surely, time will come I will acquire this level of 'organizational maturity'.
